The lady at the mall buffed my friend’s nail & we were amazed by the shine. However we were put off by the high price tag but when she offered us 2 sets for the price of 1, we fell for it. I couldn’t get my nails to shine as glossy as the lady did at the mall. Maybe I’m not doing it right. The cuticle oil is fantastic – really softens the cuticle & shines the nails while it’s still “wet”. The body lotion is great too. I got the Grape fragance, it’s light & pleasant, & best of all, non greasy. I use it more as a hand & foot lotion. The mall lady told us the block would last 10 bufferings & we could take the worn out nail buffer block & also the empty cuticle oil bottle along with our receipt to any Seacret kiosk to get free replacements. I am skeptical about this and will be interested to see if it’s true when the time comes.
A friend gave me this and I’m amazed — don’t understand what’s in this stuff that makes it as wonderful as it seems. I filed and buffed my nails, then applied the cuticle oil and my nails are still shiny and firm and I don’t understand why. It’s been days and I’ve been baking, cooking, typing and doing needlework!! I haven’t even used the body cream yet, but it smells divine. Seriously, I have no idea how it works, but it does. I buffed the nails in the order prescribed and they are so smooth and shiny I can’t believe that I have not applied polish of any kind. The directions say to wipe the buffer with nail polish remover monthly, so I will. Don’t ask me how this works, just know that it does and I’m so grateful to my friend for giving me a manicure and pedicure in my own home by my own hands at not further cost with no chemicals. I’m completely satisfied with these products. The nail buffer works very well to smooth ridges and buff to high, glossy shine (it looks like clear nail polish has been applied). However, don’t overlook the fine print on the buffer that says to use the white side (the last step) VERY gently. I used my first one with too much pressure and it removed some of the polishing surface from that side. The cuticle oil is very moisturizing and is absorbed quickly, with no greasy residue. It also only takes a couple of drops of oil for each hand, so the bottle lasts quite a while. I will definitely be buying this set again.This is a really nice product. I paid for the kit at the mall – which is on Amazon for . Yeah – I could of bought three kits on Amazon. The nail buffer removes all of the lines on your nail, smoothes out the ridges and actually buffs to a very high glossy shine – it does look like you are wearing a high gloss clear nail polish. You first use the blue, gray and then the white side of the buffer – I remember it in alphabetical order. The cuticle oil moisturizes very well too. I like their Ocean Scent (smells like baby powder) body lotion and the sea salt is wonderful. I want to try to try the body butter next.
